No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

• Memberships or subscriptions once activated

• Participation-related benefits or digital access fees (if applicable)

All participation is considered final once confirmed. Refunds will only be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including in the case of billing errors or service faults.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Membership is billed every 4 weeks at $8 AUD.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your membership at least 2 business days before your next scheduled renewal.

Even if you cancel immediately after payment, your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current 4-week billing period. This ensures you receive the full value of your membership access rather than a partial refund.
